Innovation One, a new state-of-the-art headquarters for Exact Sciences Corporation, provides meeting and training space, open collaboration areas and offices, conference rooms, open offices, and an extensive dining space and servery, contributing to the overall well-being of building occupants.

Pivotal worked closely with the architectural and design partners and construction teams to seamlessly integrate the decorative and architectural lighting elements. Throughout the facility, varied lighting strategies establish wayfinding, ensure multi-use flexibility, and complement the interior and exterior architecture.

The facility features exterior column uplights that wrap around the building’s facade and perforated LED backlit panels in the boardroom and dining space. The central staircase features a recessed LED luminous ceiling that emulates a skylight. The dining lounge and open collaboration spaces feature a geometric architectural ceiling illuminated from above. Several decorative pendants drop from the ceiling, providing an ambiance that encourages interaction and collaboration. This facility represents a customer-focused culture and aids in attracting top talent.
